Steven Figari

Steven Figari

Steven Figari is the Founder and Principal of Figari Capital and has nearly two decades of experience investing in and developing real estate. Prior to founding Figari Capital, Steven co-founded Shoreham Capital and spent nine years at Slate Property Group, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Steven has been an active originator of investment opportunities and has led sourcing, underwriting, capitalization and execution across multifamily, residential development, adaptive reuse and special situations. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition and capitalization through development, asset management and disposition. He is a graduate of Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
